However, if the product was damaged during shipping, you received the wrong product, or your product got lost in shipping we will be more than happy to issue you a full refund. If this is the case please send an email to with any evidence of the issues mentioned above and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Shipping can take up to 15 days in high traffic times (especially around the holidays).
